From his birthplace in the garden village of Leighlinbridge, Dr. Norman McMillan, a noted Tyndall expert, explains his worldwide contribution to biodiversity, science and mountaineering. Taking place in the Garden of Remembrance,one of four gardens designed by the local community, this talk touches on the relevant of Tyndall to today's world, the pressing issues of climate change and biodiversity will be discussed and helpful hints for gardening with biodiversity in mind will be provided.
