Terms and Conditions: Carlow Garden Festival

 

Please read through our terms carefully before purchasing your event ticket.

“We”, “Us”, “Our” means Carlow Garden Trail and/or its representatives, employees and sub-contractors.

“Event” means an event held by the “Us” for which you have bought a ticket and “Venue” means the venue/site where the Event is being held.

 

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between the Carlow Garden Trail Committee and yourself.

GENERAL

1.      We reserve the right to implement restrictions/conditions before and during the event to ensure it is safe. You must comply with any, and all instructions given to you by event staff and stewards and you may be evicted if you fail to comply.

2.      You must not enter the site if you believe that you may have been infected with Covid-19 and/or you are displaying symptoms of Covid 19.

3.      By entering the site, you give your express consent to be included for no fee within any audio or visual recording to be used in any media for marketing purposes.

4.      We shall have no liability for any loss, injury, illness or damage to any person or property sustained at the event howsoever caused (including by Us and our agents) in any circumstances unless caused as a direct result of our negligence and that which cannot by law be excluded or limited. Any personal property brought to the event is at your own risk.

5.      These T&C are governed by Irish law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&C shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts.

6.      No vehicles are allowed beyond the designated car parks in each location.

7.      We have a no dogs policy (except for registered Assistance Dogs which are allowed on each site).

8.      Carlow Garden Festival reserves the right to alter or change these terms without notice.

1. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. A small booking fee applies to your ticket purchase. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.
2. Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.

 

 

REFUNDS

11.   Refunds are only considered if the event is cancelled in full and not rescheduled. No individual or organisation will receive any compensation or damage other than a refund of the face value of the ticket held by the individual or organisation for any cancelled event. Outside these circumstances no refunds are facilitated.

12.   In the case that the event is cancelled in full refunds must be requested from the point of purchase not later than a week after the event should have taken place.

13.   No refunds on booking fees will be processed should the event be cancelled.

14.   Personal arrangements relating to the event including, but not limited to, travel, subsistence and accommodation are at your own risk and we shall not be liable for any losses incurred from personal arrangements or wasted expenditure beyond the ticket refund.

AGE POLICY

15.   You must be 18 years or over to attend this event. Children aged eight years upwards will be only permitted to attend when accompanied by an adult. It is noted that the events of the Carlow Garden Festival are not suited to children under eight years, unless expressly indicated within the event description.

16.   Children aged 8-13 pay 50% of the adult rate. All children aged 13 years and over pay the full admission ticket.

 

TICKETS

1. Your booking reference number and/or e-mail print out must be produced and scanned in order for you to access the venue.

18.   We will not issue duplicates for lost tickets.

19.   Ticket resale is not allowed.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

20.   Smoking (including e-cigarretes and/or vaping) is not permitted in enclosed public spaces or buildings including marquees. The Carlow Garden Festival operates a no-smoking policy.
