Set within 170 acres of peaceful forest and trails, Rathwood is home to an extraordinary range of native flora and fauna, offering the perfect setting for a guided journey into the heart of Ireland’s biodiversity.
As you explore the paths of Fox’s Park, Éanna will share her expert knowledge of the forest’s ecology and geology, highlighting the rich habitats that support everything from deer and rabbits to foxes, mink, pheasants, and dragonflies. Walk beneath the canopy of ancient beech, oak, birch, and Douglas fir, and learn all about the importance of trees in our everyday lives.
